A 4-session program on the immunological and genetic basis of RPL and RIF, from immunity basics to immunomodulation, ERA and genetics.
Register now ↗A comprehensive 4-session program covering the immunological and genetic basis of RPL and RIF — from the basics of immunity and pregnancy protection through to immunomodulation, ERA, and the genetics of recurrent pregnancy loss.
Infertility and Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) are two separate entities — yet their underlying causative factors overlap considerably, especially in unexplained cases. This overlap becomes most evident in unexplained recurrent implantation failure (RIF), where the allo-immune factor plays a critical and often underappreciated role.
This course on Reproductive Immunogenetics comprehensively covers different aspects of the subject — bridging the immunological and genetic dimensions of reproductive failure. We start with RPL vs RIF, move through the basics of immunology and immunology of pregnancy, explore immunomodulation and lab aspects of RIF, and culminate in the genetic insights of RPL together with the Endometrial Receptivity Test (ERA) and its clinical applications.
By the end of this course, trainees will have a detailed overview of reproductive immunogenetics and will be able to apply this knowledge clinically — making confident decisions for patients with unexplained RPL and RIF.
The only course combining reproductive immunology and reproductive genetics in one comprehensive program.
Session 4 adds a unique layer — the genetic basis of recurrent pregnancy loss, rarely covered elsewhere.
In-depth coverage of the Endometrial Receptivity Array and how to use it in clinical RIF management.
Designed to take clinicians and embryologists from awareness to confident clinical decision-making.
Designed for gynecologists, embryologists, and IVF specialists who regularly encounter unexplained RPL and RIF, and want an integrated immunogenetic framework to manage them.
An extended program that goes beyond immunology alone to give you the genetic context needed to fully understand and manage recurrent reproductive failure.
How immunological balance protects gestation — and why its failure leads to implantation failure.
The allo-immune factor, diagnostic testing, and investigation of immunological pregnancy losses.
The novel concept of immunomodulation and all available therapeutic modalities — evidence and use.
Genetic insights into recurrent pregnancy loss — the unique fourth session that elevates this course.
Endometrial Receptivity Array explained — when to use it, what results mean, and how to act on them.
Practical lab-level management of RIF — the embryologist's perspective on immunological cases.
A systematic four-day program — building from immunological foundations through immunomodulation, lab management, and finally the genetic insights that complete the picture of recurrent reproductive failure.
Session 1The Reproductive Immunology 1.0 course covers Sessions 1–3 and is a great starting point if you want to begin with immunology before adding the genetics layer.
